Data Deletion Instructions

If you've messaged a business using our assistant on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or website chat, or chatted with us on maryflowautomation.com, and would like the information you shared (name, email, phone, appointment details or message history) deleted, you have two options.

Option 1: Ask the assistant

Send a message in the same conversation saying you'd like your information deleted. This will be passed on, and your record will be removed within 7 days.

Option 2: Email us

Email aiautomations@maryflow.co with:

• The business, Facebook Page, Instagram account or website you messaged
• The name, email or phone number you used in the conversation

We'll confirm your identity where needed and remove your stored information within 7 days, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, completed appointment records needed for the business's own accounting).

For website chats, you can also clear the chat from your own browser by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
