These terms apply to the use of MaryFlow Automation's messaging assistant by businesses ("clients") and the people who message them on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or website chat ("users"), and to the chat on maryflowautomation.com.

What the service does

MaryFlow Automation provides an AI-powered assistant that answers customer questions, and books, reschedules or cancels appointments on behalf of a client business, via Facebook Messenger, Instagram and website chat.

Acceptable use

The assistant is provided to help genuine customers of our clients, and business owners interested in our service. Please don't use it to send spam or abusive content, or to attempt to disrupt or exploit the service.

Accuracy

The assistant aims to give accurate information about services, prices and availability, but details may occasionally be out of date. Please confirm anything important directly with the business if in doubt.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is". While we aim for reliable, accurate responses and bookings, we don't guarantee the assistant will be available at all times or free of errors.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the assistant after changes means you accept the updated terms.
