MaryFlow Automation ("we", "us") builds AI-powered messaging assistants that help small businesses (our "clients") communicate with their own customers on Facebook Messenger, Instagram and website chat. This policy explains what information our assistants collect, and how it is used. It also covers the chat on maryflowautomation.com.

What we collect

When someone messages a business that uses our assistant (on Facebook Messenger, Instagram or a website chat), or chats with us on maryflowautomation.com, we may collect:

• Your name, email address and/or phone number, if you share them during the conversation (for example, to book an appointment or ask for more information)
• The content of your messages with the assistant, needed to respond to your questions and requests
• Appointment details you provide (service requested, preferred date and time)
• For website chats, a random chat ID stored in your browser so the conversation can continue if you reload the page

How we use it

• To answer your questions about services, pricing and availability
• To book, reschedule or cancel appointments on the client's behalf
• To send you confirmation emails related to your appointment
• To pass your enquiry to the client's team, or to Mary at MaryFlow, when the assistant can't fully help

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Information you share is stored securely in the client's own records (for example, a private Google Sheet or calendar used to manage their bookings), or in MaryFlow's records for enquiries made on maryflowautomation.com. It is accessible only to the client and MaryFlow Automation for the purpose of providing the service.

Who we share it with

We don't share your information with third parties except the service providers that help us run the assistant (for example, Google Workspace for storage and email, an AI provider to generate replies, our hosting providers, and Meta's Messenger and Instagram platforms to deliver messages). We don't share your data with other clients or unrelated businesses.
